Shipping Policy
Your order will usually ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. For out of stock items, we will notify you an approximate shipping date.
UPS
Our standard method of shipment is by UPS Ground. If other carriers are preferred, please contact us with your preferred carrier at time of purchase.
Due to our products being light for their size, shipping will be calculated on dimensional (billable) weight. Shipping is calculated from our Irvine, CA warehouse and may take up to 7 business days to arrive after ship date.
Damaged Items
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Although our products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit. Prairiedog America, Inc. guarantees to replace products broken or damaged in transit at no additional cost to customers. All damaged items will need to be returned to us. We will not ship out replacement items until we receive and inspect the damaged items that are returned.
Return and Exchanges
Unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Contact Prairiedog America, Inc's customer service regarding the reason for return before returning merchandise. All shipping costs, the initial cost to send the merchandise and the cost to send us back the merchandise, will be the customers responsibility and will not be refunded or given credit. Customers may choose their preferred carrier or we will send out a UPS return label.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title to items purchased at Prairiedog pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
